Conservation and management of the natural environment

We implement several conservation and management activities, such as preventing erosion of trails, restoring devastated natural vegetation, eradicating invasive plants such as Cutleaf Coneflower (Rudbeckia laciniata), and protecting valuable fauna and flora through patrols.
Maintenance and management of facilities

We maintain and manage park facilities by cleaning public toilets, managing visitor center facilities, maintaining of trails, repairing signs and benches, cutting grass in picnic areas, managing camp sites, controlling traffic and removing snow in parking lots and trails.
Contact-with-nature activities

We carry out nature interpretation and nature experience programs, distribute leaflets and self-guides introducing local nature, and provide seasonal information about fresh greenery, blooming flowers and autumn color of leaves, as well as mountain trails, sightseeing spots, and road conditions.
